General Manager (Vacancy)

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic General Manager to join our team at The General Manager will serve as the right hand to the Operational Director, demonstrating exceptional leadership, management, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Operational Director to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations at, conducting regular site visits to Canggu and Uluwatu to observe operations, address issues, and actively seek out opportunities for improvement.
  • Represent through networking and forming relationships with relevant stakeholders to build and grow brand awareness, establish partnerships, and enhance the company's position.
  • Act as the main point of contact between and outside parties, such as clients, partners, suppliers, and government agencies.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, contracts, and partnerships to expand's presence and revenue streams in Bali.
  • Effectively manage staff by assigning tasks and monitoring their work. Develop and implement standard procedures (SOPs) as required for smooth operation.
  • Provide leadership and support to the operations team, including managers, boat captains, and administrative staff, to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Cultivate a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork, open communication, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Optimize operational expenses and identify cost-saving measures.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the tourism, hospitality, or marine industry.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
  • Proven track record of successful negotiation, contract management, and business development.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel within Bali.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Citizen of Indonesia
