⦿ Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
⦿ Cancellation by Operator: Vouchers are provided in case of cancellations.
⦿ Changes: Changes are not allowed after booking.
⦿ No-Show: In case of a no-show, the ticket is forfeited without any refund.
⦿ Boarding: Passengers must arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure.

⦿ Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
⦿ Cancellation by Operator: Vouchers are provided in case of cancellations.
⦿ One-Time Change: The time and date of your Flexible ticket can be changed only once and must be requested up to 1 hour before the scheduled departure. Please note that this change is subject to availability and must be communicated and confirmed through the GoBoat.id online chat. The route origin and destination of the ticket cannot be changed.
⦿ No-Show: In case of a no-show, the ticket is forfeited without any refund.
⦿ Boarding: Passengers must arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure.
⦿ Additional Charges: In case of changes to the booking, no additional fees are charged unless there is a price difference in the new booking.

⦿ Validity: Each passenger with a valid ticket (Standard + Surfboard or Flexible + Surfboard) is allowed to bring one surfboard.
⦿ Damages: GoBoat.id is not responsible for any personal belongings, including surfboards, we suggest protecting your surfboard with board bag during the trip.
⦿ Size: All sizes are welcome onboard. GoBoat.id reserves the right to refuse carriage of surfboards that could be harmful to passengers on the journey.

All passengers are required to be at the boarding location 15 minutes before departure.

Each passenger is allowed one handbag or backpack. Suitcases of any size are not permitted. One surfboard is allowed per person, provided there is a valid ticket for the surfboard.

GoBoat will make every effort to operate all trips as scheduled, but we reserve the right to cancel or delay trips due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified as soon as possible if a trip is cancelled or delayed, a voucher will be issued and sent by email to the ticket purchaser that is valid for 12 months from the original ticket trip departure date.
