Ticket Validity:
All tickets purchased through GoBoat.id are valid only for the specified date and time of departure. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded for another date or time.
Boarding Requirements:
Customers must arrive at the departure location at least 15 minutes before departure time and must have a valid ticket for trips related to Canggu, Jimbaran and Uluwatu. For all other routes customers must arrive at least 60 minutes before departure time and have valid tickets for the specific trip. Customers who do not arrive on time and/or do not have valid tickets will not be allowed to board the boat and will not receive a refund.
Weather conditions:
GoBoat.id will make every effort to operate all trips as scheduled, but we reserve the right to cancel or delay trips due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified as soon as possible if a trip is cancelled or delayed, a voucher will be issued and sent by email to the ticket purchaser that is valid for 12 months from the original ticket trip departure date.
Ticket Types:
Standard Ticket
- Changes: No changes to the time, date, origin, or destination are allowed after booking.
- No-Show: In case of a no-show, the ticket is forfeited without any refund or voucher.
- Boarding: Passengers must arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure to ensure timely check-in.
- Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Cancellation by Operator: In the event of a cancellation by GoBoat.id, passengers will receive a voucher. The voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and can be used on any GoBoat.id service. No refunds will be issued.
Flexible Ticket
- One-Time Change: Passengers may change the time, date, and route (origin and destination) of their Flexible ticket. This change must be requested up to 1 hour before the scheduled departure. Changes are subject to availability and must be communicated and confirmed through the GoBoat.id online chat system or WhatsApp (+628113800998)
- No-Show: In case of a no-show, the ticket is forfeited without any refund.
- Boarding: Passengers must arrive at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure to ensure timely boarding.
- Additional Charges: No additional fees are charged for changes unless there is a price difference in the new booking. The price difference must be settled before the new booking is confirmed.
- Cancellation by Operator: In the event of a cancellation by GoBoat.id, passengers will receive a 100% refund. Passengers also have the option to receive a voucher instead of the refund. The refund request must be submitted by the purchaser, and it must be made within 10 days of the cancellation notice.
Surfboard
- Validity: Allowing one surfboard per passenger providing a valid ticket (Standard + Surfboard,-or Flexible + Surfboard).
- Damages: GoBoat.id is not responsible for any personal belongings, including surfboards, we suggest protecting your surfboard with board bag during the trip.
- Size: All sizes are welcome onboard. GoBoat.id reserves the right to refuse carriage of surfboards that could be harmful to passengers on the journey.
Children (0-12)
- Validity: Applicable for children aged 0 to 12 years.
- Conditions: Children must be accompanied by an adult holding a valid ticket. When booking a child's ticket, the same terms and conditions will apply as those of the accompanying adult's ticket. If the adult purchases a Standard Ticket, the child's ticket will follow the same terms and conditions. Similarly, if the adult books a Flexible Ticket, the child will be granted the same flexibility and conditions as the adult's ticket
Cancellation by Customers:
Any cancellation made by customers will not be refunded.
