Cashier / Sales Support

Location: Sanur Port is hiring a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team at Sanur Port. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience when purchasing tickets and checking in for their journeys.


Check-in Passengers: Assist with the check-in process for all passengers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Ticket Sales: Help sell tickets to our destinations, including third-party routes, both in-person and via phone or online inquiries.

Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and courteously.

Information Sharing: Inform guests about our services, routes, schedules, and any other relevant information in both Indonesian and English.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales and customer interactions, and report to the Operational Manager regularly.

Representing Act as a representative of, building and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses and residents in the Sanur area.

Safety and Efficiency: Ensure that all standard operating procedures are followed to guarantee the safety of our guests and employees.

Operational Support: Assist with various tasks at the ticket counter and support overall daily operations at the port.



Language Skills: Proficient in English and Indonesian, able to communicate effectively with diverse guests.

Customer Service: Strong communication and customer service skills.

Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Sanur and the surrounding areas is a plus.

Physical Requirements: Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods.
