Location: Sanur Port

GoBoat.id is hiring a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team at Sanur Port. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience when purchasing tickets and checking in for their journeys.

Responsibilities:

• Check-in Passengers: Assist with the check-in process for all passengers, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

• Ticket Sales: Help sell tickets to our destinations, including third-party routes, both in-person and via phone or online inquiries.

• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and courteously.

• Information Sharing: Inform guests about our services, routes, schedules, and any other relevant information in both Indonesian and English.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of daily sales and customer interactions, and report to the Operational Manager regularly.

• Representing GoBoat.id: Act as a representative of GoBoat.id, building and maintaining strong relationships with local businesses and residents in the Sanur area.

• Safety and Efficiency: Ensure that all standard operating procedures are followed to guarantee the safety of our guests and employees.

• Operational Support: Assist with various tasks at the ticket counter and support overall daily operations at the port.

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Proficient in English and Indonesian, able to communicate effectively with diverse guests.

• Customer Service: Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Sanur and the surrounding areas is a plus.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to handle the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods.
