1. Introduction
Welcome to GoBoat.id®, a ticket provider for boat trips in Indonesia. By purchasing tickets through our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Ticket Sales
All tickets purchased through GoBoat.id are non-refundable except for Flexible Tickets in the event of operator rescheduling or cancellation. Standard tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances. Flexible tickets allow for one-time changes to the time, date, and route, subject to availability. All prices listed on our website include a 10% tax and are subject to change without notice. Tickets must be paid for in full using one of the accepted payment methods on our platform.
3. a Trip Rescheduling
GoBoat.id reserves the right to reschedule any trip due to operational requirements, including but not limited to weather conditions, maintenance needs, or changes in route availability. In the event of a rescheduling initiated by GoBoat.id:
- Flexible Ticket holders may choose to accept the new schedule, reschedule to another available time, request a voucher, or receive a full refund.
- Standard Ticket holders must accept the revised schedule or request a voucher. Refunds are not available for Standard Tickets under any circumstances, including operator-initiated rescheduling.
3.b Trip Cancellations
GoBoat.id reserves the right to cancel trips due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other operational challenges. In the event of a cancellation by GoBoat.id:
- Standard Ticket Holders: Passengers will receive a voucher valid for 12 months from the original departure date. No refunds will be provided.
- Flexible Ticket Holders: Passengers are entitled to a 100% refund or may choose to receive a voucher instead. The refund request must be made within 10 days of the cancellation notification. Vouchers will be issued within 10 business days.
4. GoBoat Management
GoBoat ticket sales are managed by PT Bali Island Ticket, based in Indonesia.
5. Prohibited Items
As a condition of using our service, you agree not to bring any of the following items onboard the boat:
- Weapons, including firearms, knives, and ammunition
- Explosive and incendiary materials, such as fireworks, flares, and dynamite
- Flammable liquids and gases, such as gasoline, lighter fluid, and propane tanks
- Hazardous chemicals, such as pesticides, bleach, and car batteries
- Corrosives, such as acids and batteries containing lithium or lithium-ion
- Flammable solids, such as fireworks, flares, and matches
- Personal flotation devices (provided by the operator)
- Glass containers (risk of injury if broken)
- Illegal drugs and controlled substances
- Large or bulky items impeding passenger safety
Any violation of this policy may result in immediate removal from the boat without a refund.
6. Disclaimer
GoBoat.id makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose. Any reliance on such information is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
GoBoat.id is not responsible for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use or inability to use the website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of revenue, loss of profits, business interruption, personal injury, or any other type of damage. GoBoat.id’s total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the ticket purchased. In addition, GoBoat.id is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
9. Changes to the Agreement
GoBoat.id reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at any time. All changes will be posted on the GoBoat.id website, and where feasible, users will be notified via email. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not purchase a ticket through our website.
10. Privacy Policy
GoBoat.id is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using our website and purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoBoat.id with respect to the use of our website and the purchase of tickets.
13. No Waiver
Failure to enforce any provision of this agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
14. Severability
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
15. Headings
Headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of this agreement.
16. Ticket Validity
All tickets purchased through GoBoat.id are valid only for the specified date and time of departure. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded for another date or time unless Flexible Ticket conditions apply. Flexible tickets allow for a one-time change of the time, date, or route, subject to availability.
17. Boarding Requirements
Customers must arrive at the departure location at least 15 minutes before departure time for trips related to Canggu, Jimbaran, and Uluwatu, and at least 60 minutes before departure for all other routes. Passengers must have valid tickets for the specific trip. Customers who do not arrive on time and/or do not have valid tickets will not be allowed to board the boat, and no refund will be issued. It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure the check-in time for the purchased ticket.
18. Safety and Security
GoBoat.id follows all safety guidelines set by local authorities. Passengers must comply with all instructions from the boat crew. GoBoat.id is not responsible for any injuries or accidents during the trip.
19. Weather Conditions
GoBoat.id reserves the right to cancel or delay or reschedule trips due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. If a trip is canceled, a voucher valid for 12 months will be issued to the purchaser.
20. Luggage Policy
Passengers may bring one small personal bag on board. GoBoat.id is not responsible for personal belongings, including lost or damaged luggage. Additional or oversized luggage will not be permitted.
21. Food and Beverage
Passengers may bring their own food and beverages on board. However, glass bottles or containers are not allowed.
22. Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited on board.
23. Pets Policy
Small pets are allowed on routes between Canggu, Uluwatu, and Jimbaran. For all other routes, passengers must contact customer support to confirm pet accommodation, and an additional fee may apply. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all necessary arrangements are made before the trip.
24. Compliance with Laws
Customers must comply with all applicable laws while on board. GoBoat.id reserves the right to deny service to any customer who violates these laws.
25. Complaints and Feedback
We welcome feedback. Please contact us at contact@goboat.id with any complaints or suggestions.
26. Limitation of Liability
GoBoat.id, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, and shareholders shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption, even if advised of such damages.
27. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian Mediation Center. The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes in good faith through mediation before pursuing other legal recourse. If mediation fails to resolve the dispute within 30 days of notice, either party may pursue other legal remedies as provided by law.
28. Changes to Terms and Conditions
GoBoat.id reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. It is the customer’s responsibility to check for updates.
29. Language
This agreement and all related documents are in English.
30. Intellectual Property
All content on the GoBoat.id website is the property of GoBoat.id or its licensors and is protected by international copyright laws.
31. Force Majeure
GoBoat.id is not responsible for any failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including mechanical failure or adverse weather conditions.
32. Customer Representations
By purchasing a ticket, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
33. Trademark
GoBoat.id® is a registered trademark of PT Bali Island Ticket. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
34. Passenger Insurance
Each ticket purchased through GoBoat.id includes basic personal accident insurance underwritten by PT Great Eastern General Insurance Indonesia. This insurance is valid only during the scheduled travel date (“D-Day”) and is provided at no additional cost to the passenger.
Coverage includes:
- Accidental death: IDR 25,000,000 per person
- Permanent disablement: IDR 2,000,000 per person
- Accident-related medical expenses: up to IDR 2,500,000 per person
- Loss or damage of personal belongings: up to IDR 5,000,000 per person
All coverage limits are per individual, per ticket. The insurance applies only during the duration of the boat trip and is not valid before or after travel. The name listed on the booking confirmation is considered the insured party.
Claims must be submitted within three (3) calendar days of the incident. Coverage is subject to exclusions, including but not limited to:
- Injuries sustained from participation in martial arts, extreme sports, high-risk water or air activities
- Incidents resulting from communicable diseases, including COVID-19
- Terrorism, riots, or unlawful acts
- Lost belongings outside the trip duration

This insurance is offered on a bundled basis and is not optional or refundable. GoBoat.id makes no independent warranties regarding the policy and assumes no liability for the insurer’s decisions.
