What are the boats and capacity?
You can find specific boat capacities under each route page.
How early should I arrive for boarding the boat?
→ Canggu, Uluwatu and Jimbaran: 15 minutes before departure.
→ Sanur, Serangan, Padangbai, Lembongan, Nusa Penida, Gili Islands and Lombok: 60 minutes before departure.
Are life jackets provided on the boats?
Yes, life jackets are provided on all of our boats and are mandatory to wear during the trip.
Can I bring my own beverages on the boat?
Yes, it is permitted to bring your own beverages, however, for safety reasons, glass containers are not permitted on board.
Are there any safety precautions that I should be aware of before boarding the boat?
The crew will provide safety instructions before departure, please listen and follow their instructions carefully.
Are there any age restrictions for traveling on your boats?
Children of all ages are welcome on our boats, however, children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring my surfboard on the boat?
Yes, you're welcome to bring your surfboard on the trip, provided there is a valid ticket for the surfboard. Please note that GoBoat.id is not responsible for any damage to your belongings, including your surfboard.
Can I bring my pet onboard?

Are there any weight or size restrictions for luggage on the boats?
→ Canggu, Uluwatu and Jimbaran: Each passenger is allowed one handbag or backpack. Suitcases of any size are not permitted.
→ Sanur, Lembongan, Gili Islands and Lombok: Max 2 bags allowed not exceeding total weight of 40kg.
What should I wear on the boat?
We recommend wearing comfortable and appropriate clothing for the weather and sea conditions and disembarking in water depending on the tide. We also recommend bringing sunscreen and a hat.
Do I need to protect my valuables?
Protect your valubles
Safeguard your valuables with a waterproof case as the boat is exposed, and water may reach your belongings.
Do I have to pay entrance fee at Padang Padang Beach?
Yes, at the moment you will have to pay the entrance fee if you are coming from Uluwatu. The entrance fee for foreign adults is Rp 15,000.
Can I bring my bike onboard?
No, we do not allow bikes onboard the boat
