Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation by Operator: Vouchers are provided in case of cancellations.
Changes: Changes are not allowed after booking.
No-Show: In case of a no-show, the ticket is forfeited without any refund.
Boarding: Passengers must arrive at the boarding point at least 60 minutes before departure.

All passengers are required to be at the check-in location 30 minutes before departure.

Each passengers is allowed 2 pieces of luggage.

GoBoat will make every effort to operate all trips as scheduled, but we reserve the right to cancel or delay trips due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified as soon as possible if a trip is cancelled or delayed, a voucher will be issued and sent by email to the ticket purchaser that is valid for 12 months from the original ticket trip departure date.
