GoBoat is hiring a highly motivated and skilled Beach Operator to oversee daily operations at Padang Padang Beach. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and inform them about our services in Indonesian and in English
• Assist passengers on and off the boat in a safe and efficient manner
• Scan tickets for passengers and ensure that all guests are accounted for
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and residents in the Uluwatu area
• Ensure that all standard operating procedures are followed to ensure the safety of our guests and employees
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the beach and surrounding areas
• Coordinate with the Operational Manager to ensure that all objectives are addressed promptly
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract more guests to the beach
• Report to the Operational Manager on a regular basis
• Follow up on tasks assigned by Operational Manager

• Good English (speak freely)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of Uluwatu and the surrounding areas is a plus

Padang Padang Beach, Uluwatu
