Cancellation Policy

GoBoat will make every effort to operate all trips as scheduled, but we reserve the right to cancel or delay trips due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. Customers will be notified as soon as possible if a trip is cancelled or delayed, a voucher will be issued and sent by email to the ticket purchaser that is valid for 12 months from the original ticket trip departure date.
