Social Media Manager

GoBoat.id is a leading boat company in Bali, Indonesia, dedicated to providing exceptional services and experiences to our customers. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for our social media platforms.
• Create and manage daily content, including photos and videos.
• Brainstorm and execute new ideas for social media marketing.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, increasing followers and engagement.
• Utilize cross-promotion, daily engagement, customer service, and KOL strategies.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance.
• Ensure all content is aligned with our brand voice and objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media management and marketing.
• Strong public relations skills.
• Proficiency in copywriting and SEO for social media.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Loyalty and commitment to the company.
• Familiarity with TikTok and Instagram.
• Data-oriented with experience using Google Workspace and MS Office.

Qualifications:

• Ability to independently set up and execute marketing strategies.
• Expertise in social media marketing, including cross-promotion, daily engagement, increasing followers, strategy and analytics, customer service, and KOL.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and performance metrics.
