Changes: No changes allowed after booking.
No-Show & Late Arrivals:
If you don’t show up or arrive late to boarding, your ticket is forfeited with no refund.
Boarding:
Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
Refunds: No refunds under any circumstances.
Operator Cancellations: You’ll receive a voucher if GoBoat.id cancels the trip.

↗︎ Flexible Ticket

One-Time Change: You can change the time, date, or route up to 1 hour before departure, subject to availability. Use GoBoat.id online chat or WhatsApp to confirm.
Extra Charges: No fees unless the new booking costs more. Price differences must be paid before confirmation.
No-Show & Late Arrivals: If you don’t show up or arrive late to boarding, your ticket is forfeited with no refund.
Boarding: Arrive at least 15 minutes before departure to ensure boarding.
Operator Cancellations: If GoBoat.id cancels, you can choose between a full refund or a voucher. Refund requests must be made within 10 days of cancellation.

↗︎ Surfboard

Validity: Each passenger with a Standard or Flexible Ticket (plus Surfboard) may bring one surfboard.
Damages: GoBoat.id is not responsible for damage to personal belongings, including surfboards. We recommend using a board bag.
Size: All sizes are allowed, but GoBoat.id reserves the right to refuse surfboards that could harm passengers.
