⦿ Refunds: Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances.
⦿ Cancellation by Operator: Vouchers are provided in case of cancellations.
⦿ Changes: Changes are not allowed after booking.
⦿ No-Show: In case of a no-show, the ticket is forfeited without any refund.
⦿ Boarding: Passengers must arrive at the boarding point at least 60 minutes before departure.

The discounted price is available for KITAS holders. You will need to provide your KITAS number when filling out the ticket information. Additionally, you may be required to present your KITAS upon boarding.

Children aged 0-2 years are free and do not require a ticket.
